From what I remember: It’s both arms. I suspect the disease is wider than that, but the visible part is just the arms.

@MK. She showed it to Garanos before they set out on the boat. Said something about “catching it from a man.” It’s why she’s on this little junket. She hopes someone on the mainland can help with the cure as the local healers can’t help. (Though Styx hasn’t had a look at it yet, despite Garanos’ offer.)
