This is my first time commenting, but I noticed something when I read your comic this morning: the first 2 panels, she doesn’t have the hood over her head, but by the last panel, she has a hood over her head. Is there some reason behind this??
The events are unfolding from Garanos’ perspective, and she did not come to relaize she had a hood over her head until the last panel. It’s also why the background is blank and hazy.
I wonder if the cultist leader knows that the Gara killed the Harbinger… Also if the dagger-arms are sharp/strong enough to cut through that much wood.
1.) Being a demon, the harbinger, may not be “DEAD” but just cast off into the ether somewhere. Nothing in the comic has shown that the cultist leader can’t just summon him back (perhaps possessing Garanos again in the process.)
2.) I seriously doubt that, sharp as they are, the spider tentacles can go THROUGH the log, they might go AROUND, however.
I’m riveted! Can’t wait to see where it goes.
