Oh no! She has to leave Ethreden behind?!??!! Man, I really feel bad for her. :(

By the way, I find the font you used for Maryoku’s dialogue a bit hard to read…

That’s the fun, tho. On one spell somewhere around here, the font was just legible enough to tell that it was actually some random stuff in French. It’s like a little easter egg. =)

So, in what sense of “now” is Maryoku talking about? “Now” as in “we’ll come back for him later”, or “now” as in “the window of opportunity has passed”?

    Skivverus,

    I suspect it’s the latter.

I’m fearing for Ethreden too. :( (Still crossing my fingers.)

Imagine being in Ethr’s place. “Wow, my girlfriend’s got the powers of a demon! And she’s here to save me! …wait… where’d she go?”

    Must suck.

I wonder what’ll happen to Geilen, too. I mean, I know she’s in league with the bad guys, but I still kinda like her…

    Tyranna,

I suspect it’s more of “My fiancee has the powers of a demon. How do I know she’s not one? If she fought and won, how come did she come by his powers? Was she tempted by an offer?”

Reading the page again, I can’t shake the feeling that Ethreden was consumed in that fire and, I suspect, that was because, whilst he was their captive, they forced some dark magic into him.

Could print #7 in the Store give a hint to what happens to Ethreden?

  9. Francisco

    Odysseus,

From what I remember, that print is the end of the chapter when the mercs attack the village Garanos was staying at.

Is there a transcription of this page?

It was never CONFIRMED (IIRC) that Maryoku was the Red Moth. Just REALLY hinted at…..Red Moth may be someone else entirely. Or Maryoku
