The sickness more then likely, she obviously hates them and what she is doing but put that against something that looks like super leprosy or roid rage skin cancer adn you can see the situation she’s in. Dieing a slow, withering death alone and more then likely in a lot of pain or strike a deal with the devil and hope he’s not lieing to you. Damned if you don’t maybe damned if you do, all around sucks to be her.
More then likely they did a minor cure of the disease on her skin as proof that it can be done, and may have been using something to stave it off, giving her just enough cure to prevent it’s spread. Assuming she is referring to that skin disease that is.
I love all the facial expressions in these last half-dozen or so pages! It’s good to see some real strong emotion out of Geilen, making it clear just how much she’s had bottled up all this time.

Cure what exactly? The creeping sickness, the “spider” legs on Garanos’ back? Geilen’s bad attitude?

How does she know they can? Has she seen any proof or did they tell her they could and she trusted them on that?

Also, I LOVE how you make her fingers look like claws in second to last panel. dunno if that was intentional or not.
