Very nicely done comic. The way it was set up was fantastic – I actually felt sick to my stomach when I saw Garanos being taken by Gharsena’s plague, a feeling which totally reversed itself on seeing the plague evaporate.
It’s almost a given in stories that he main character will survive. It takes something really impressive to immerse me in the story enough to keep me from thinking about that and start being really concerned for the fate of the main character.
awesome–let’s see how good Ghar is against real combat. my guess is she sends in the zombies.
where are Gara’s other legs?
and out of curiosity–Alex, do you have a stamp set up for Gara’s tattoos or have you just gotten that good with consistency after having drawn it so many times?

I love it when the bad guy has to swallow their own evil laugh. Take that evil spider witch lady! :D
Oh, yeah. And gharsenna doesn’t appear to be good at FAIR fights. Just the “kick them while they’re down” ones.
I love the “What the heck” look of Garanos and the incredulity of Gharsena as the plague burns off almost instantly. Classic!

Gara retracted her spines momentarily.
And I have every tattoo saved as a custom vector shape in Photoshop, so I can whip them out no problem. ^_^
I love Gara’s, ‘Oh my god. YOU SUCK.’ look in the 5th pannel. And the next pannel’s expression, too. They’re great.
