Oh dear. This sounds very much like the Red Moth won’t be hanging around for much longer… at least the sword-throwing seems to have worked.
(First! :P)
It does seem likely that the Red Moth would be leaving, her task seems to be finished with both the current villians dead.
Garanos’ fiance is not the only on conflicted if we look at the lead up in the comic thus far. I am looking to forward to seeing how they sort out their lives now.
The page is absolutely beautiful. It would seem that the Red Moth is following the sword into the very heart of Ghersenna. As for Styx, he totally rocks now in my book.
So I guess the sword is no more. Hopefully the local zombie population just died off in a sympathetic labor pain thing with the big bad. If not, well, hopefully the others can handle it because it looks like Garanos has passed out or got all weak for at least a moment. Hmmm… Maybe all the flames around them toasted some or all of the zombies…
Oy. The Gara/Styx shipping has always been a bit creepy, but could you guys tone it down a little? Seriously, people are fantasizing that her fiance has been cheating on her because he was upset over what happened to Geilen. That’s just messed up, people.
The problem Styx has is, ironically, the same problem a lot of the readers have. He sees things as a binary choice – either he’s happily married to Gara or he’s punted out in the cold. That’s utter nonsense. You don’t stop caring for somebody just because you aren’t *married* to them. There’s nothing stopping Styx from being a close friend and companion to Gara except Styx’s own relationship issues.

Garanos, how will you take care of styx? You’re engaged to someone else.
Gara got very lucky ;)
It looks like her ex-fiancé is now a bit attached to Geilen or at least conflicted. That still needs sorting though.

yeah, had a feeling Red Moth would be leaving. That hit probably used up all its power–hell, i’m kinda surprised Gara lived!
Down with the evil Queen Beryl– I mean, Ghersenna!

Even if the Zombies are still there, their controller has been killed so I don’t think they’re going to be a problem.
I felt all mushy seeing Gara and Styx together.

EPIC first panel.
I foresee a happy ending. Red Moth’s comment echos Maryoku’s last words.
